Alexis Fallon: Not Your Regular Mom
Fashion stylist and overall #momgoals, Alexis Fallon does what Mrs. George could not. She is the ultimate cool mom. If her stunning bundle of joy, River, does not make you envious then maybe her eye for fashion or captivating self-confidence will. Other boss babes like Michelle Williams and Kim Zolciak-Biermann rightfully take style cues from this stylist to the stars to help them achieve their sexiest and most courageous looks.

With humble roots planted in a small town somewhere in Dixieland, Fallon has paid her dues and paved her way through the fast-paced city of Los Angeles, where she is currently based, to become one of the city’s preeminent influencers and wardrobe stylists. “I’m still figuring myself out, every day, through lessons, experience, and relationships with people and life,” shares Fallon. Four years ago, she was living a completely different life as an elementary school teacher. While her head was with her students, her heart yearned for something different, something more. So like a scene from a movie — maybe Burlesque starring Christina Aguilera — Fallon found the courage to pack up her bags, drop everything, and move across the country to follow her passions. “I started with modeling,” reminisces Fallon, “I would style all of my own looks for my photoshoots and photographers were always awe-struck by my outfits. Then one day it hit me — my favorite part of modeling wasn’t posing for the camera, but creating new and interesting outfits.” Not long after, founder and CEO was added to Fallon’s already impressive repertoire.
Fallon’s business, Lex Lux Style Hause, has been a longstanding goal of hers. Witnessing firsthand how her like-minded boss babe clients had difficulty finding the time to achieve their goals while also looking the part, Lex Lux was born of the idea that you can in fact have it all — if you enlist help from the best. For Fallon, the best way to capture each client’s je ne sais quoi is to truly understand their unique personalities. Capturing the essence of her clients is of paramount importance to the budding maven because that is the foundation needed to create an outfit that leaves her clients feeling sexy, secure, and most importantly confident. “Once COVID-19 had all of us in quarantine, I jumped on taking advantage of really honing in on my business — all while being pregnant and hormonal,” laughed Fallon.

Fallon’s own personal inspiration comes from the queen of inner beauty and edge — Robyn Rihanna Fenty herself. “I love how bold her style is,” gushes Fallon, “from the bright colors she wears to the edgy pieces on red carpets — she owns it and isn’t afraid to push the envelope. To me, that’s inspirational.” The stylist hopes that through Lex Lux she encourages her clients to be just as courageous and to really challenge the status quo. On her many travels, Fallon found that the people of Tokyo truly embody her aesthetic. “Tokyo was by far the most fashion forward destination I have visited so far,” reminisces Fallon. “I loved the Harajuku style, fun colored hair styles, and how the people of Tokyo were unapologetically themselves.” For Fallon, she is most unapologetic for simply being herself and living a life that fulfills her soul. As she has grown, not only as a stylist, but as a mother and a woman, she has learned to care less about what others think of her and to rather fixate on aspects of life that bring peace, joy, and light.“I will never apologize for doing what feels right for me, my family, or my life,” states the style savvy business owner.

Fallon's personal taste is simply defined as edgy femme, but achieving Fallon’s particular palette look is a bit more complex. Her most coveted styles of the moment include boyfriend jeans, slouchy boots, and funky textures like feathers, latex, and satin. Pulling from the best of the early 2000s, it is wearable Lady Marmalade. “I always follow my gut and what feels right in the moment despite other opinions,” reveals the stylist. However, none of this is a steadfast rule. Fallon strongly believes that stagnation is the death of business and fashion. The ability to evolve spurs growth and that is what enables her success. For example, Fallon’s personal style dramatically transformed when she arrived in California. “California has definitely influenced my style in that now I love relaxed streetwear more than I ever did before moving here. Give me an oversized Rhude tee, sweats, and Jordans and I’m comfy yet stylish! That’s Cali-comfy chic!”
With one Jordan on the gas pedal and her eye on the prize, Fallon is ready to take on bigger and better opportunities to create the life she and River deserve. Next for Lex Lux may be its own clothing line — one that is sure to pack a punch with vibrant colors and fitted silhouettes. “It’s all a process and a journey,” shares Fallon, “but persistence guarantees that results are inevitable.”
