Sober Curious? Try These NA Liquid Alternatives

Practices of an alcohol hiatus is becoming more and more popular and for good reason, it just makes you feel so damn good. We asked Olivia Noceda, mocktail queen and mental health activist, to share the benefits of swapping your cocktail for any of these NA recs below.

“There is a lot of great research coming out right now that is pointing to the harms of alcohol on our bodies and minds. When someone is questioning their relationship with alcohol, they’re already taking the first step to having the awareness that drinking less, or not drinking at all, may be beneficial for them. I personally found that I was getting better sleep, my skin was clearing up, and generally my mood and attitudes shifted positively as I started to cut alcohol out of my life. I personally think it’s a choice that is completely individual and can provide so many benefits to living a more fulfilling life.”

Just because you may be transitioning to mocktails does not mean you can’t still enjoy the flavors and fun of traditional cocktails. We have rounded up some of Olivia’s top essentials to elevate your new “drink” of choice.
