This Summer season, by robynblair has partnered with Illinois-based restaurant and winery chain Cooper’s Hawk to elicit a visual “taste the rainbow” experience in her first ever, limited edition Spritzy Rosé series. With hints of strawberry, guava, red cherry, watermelon and pink grapefruit, these decadent, medium bodied Rosé’s will leave you thirsty for more. “Rosé has always been my wine of choice, so it was a dream come true when Cooper's Hawk came to me about creating my very own, just in time for summer,” beams Davidson. “We designed this collection so when you look at all three bottles side-by-side they create a rainbow. My art is a refection of who I am, so I had to incorporate every color in these bottles.” Always inspired by her taste-ful love of candy and color, Davidson reminisces that it all started with her first created piece “In Case of Emergency Break Glass.” A signature by robynblair mantra, “it was only fitting to create a wine perfect for ‘In Case Of’ certain celebratory moments — In Case Of Celebration, In Case of Good Times or In Case of Just Because,” shares Davidson.

With a mutual love for Rosé and art, Tim McEnery, founder and CEO of Cooper’s Hawk, knew this captivating candy artist would be the perfect sweet treat to accentuate the creative energies in each of us. “Much like art, our love of wine is an experience — an exploration in taste, color, style and what makes us happy,” expresses McEnery. “Together both brands bring a playful appreciation to the similarities between creating art and winemaking. Offering up some tasty tips, Davidson shares her top two hacks for hosting your best summer soiree. “It is super simple if you have the right refreshment!” enlightens Davidson. “My favorite addition to a sunny pool day, sunset drink or backyard dinner is a refreshing glass of rosé. Also, don’t be afraid of color — in the food, drinks and decor.” And since a get-together is never complete without a menu of some sort, McEnery shares with us a taste of his favorite food pairings that best accentuate this vibrant and rich collection of wine. “In general, it is important to match food and wine that are similar in body and intensity,” explains McEnery. “This Spritzy Rosé is medium bodied and quite intense on the fruit forward flavors. I love it with fruitier dishes, like grilled fish with a mango salsa or a fresh summer salad that is loaded with summer berries.”
