Maximize your Fitness Routine with this Pre-Workout Energy Boost

STEP 1:

Dress the part.

“SO much of our motivation comes from how we look which directly affects how we feel. STEP 2:

I recently did a 3k run a day challenge for a whole month and everyday before I ran I told myself ‘I get to run’, not ‘I have to run’. While it helped switch my mindset it also helped me practice gratitude everyday to feel grateful for the fact I CAN run and I have this healthy body that is capable of anything, and every day I was rewarded with a very accomplished feeling along with a real rush of that runners high. Another thing that motivates me is to always have a goal in mind for that week or month and a plan to get there, it doesn’t always have to be something big, just something to keep me focused!”
